A Metropolitan WA hospital requires a Specialist in Internal Medicine from 31/08/2026 to 18/10/2026.

********* weekdays with Some On Call and Weekend On Calls.

Responsibilities
n
n
Assess patients for
thrombolysis/thrombectomy
and ensure rapid reviews.
n
Assess other stroke patients in ED (Stroke Registrar is first on call during day and weekdays).
n
Inpatient management of acute stroke and stroke rehabilitation along with MDT.
n
Manage outpatient clinic: stroke follow‐up, approx. 15 patients, supported by a Registrar and Intern.
n
