Rosemount Recruitment is partnering with a boutique firm in Maroochydore looking to bring on an experienced Senior Accountant to join their Tax team.

The role
n
You'll manage a portfolio of clients across SMEs, family businesses, and high net worth individuals, with responsibility for:
n
n
Preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns from planning through to completion
n
Direct client contact and advisory conversations
n
Managing engagements end to end
n
Reviewing and mentoring the work of junior staff
n
Identifying planning opportunities and providing recommendations
n
Supporting partners on more complex client matters
n
n
What you'll bring
n
n
CA or CPA qualified, or close to completion
n
3+ years in public practice, ideally with exposure across both Business Services and Tax
n
Confidence dealing with clients directly
n
Robust technical foundation across financial statements and tax compliance
n
Interest in stepping up into a leadership track
n
