Responsibilities
n
n




Managing structural works from in‐ground through to topping out
n
Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
n
Monitoring safety, quality, and programme performance
n
Driving productivity and programme outcomes
n
Managing concrete structures, formwork, reinforcement, and post‐tensioning activities
n
Working closely with Site Managers, Project Managers, and Engineering teams
n
Assisting with construction planning and sequencing
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Previous experience supervising structural works on construction projects
n
Experience on mid‐rise or high‐rise developments is essential
n
Residential tower or commercial high‐rise experience highly regarded
n
Strong understanding of structural construction methodologies
n
Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities
n
Excellent communication and leadership skills
