Responsibilities
n
n
Lead workforce management processes including rostering, payroll, return to work and recruitment.
n
Redesigning our organisational structure to support growth opportunities, succession planning and strong quality practices at the centre level.
n
Implementing a new roster system.
n
Strengthening child-safe recruitment and onboarding.
n
Supporting the development of our Early Education Strategy.
n
Mentor Centre Directors, lead workforce planning and drive initiatives that improve the employee value proposition.
n
Maintain compliance with National Quality Standards (Quality Area 4 & 7).
n
Provide leadership in policy development and change management.
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
A degree in Early Education and/or
Management/Business.
n
Substantial experience in leadership roles.
n




Substantial leadership experience in the Early Education & Care sector.
n
Deep knowledge of the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation.
n
Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills.
n
A collaborative spirit and a passion for empowering others.
n

Employment details and benefits

Package: $117,242 - $129,637 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation and an award vehicle allowance of $10,780 gross p.a.
n
Hours of work: Temporary Full Time, 35 hours per week. Option of a 19-day month through the Council's flex system. Position is expected to be available up to December ****.
