The Team

This is a highly respected Employment & Safety practice advising employers across the full employment lifecycle. The work is broad and practical - helping organisations manage workplace risk, navigate complex people issues, and respond confidently when disputes arise.

The Opportunity
n
The team is expanding and looking for a 3–4 year PAE lawyer who wants a genuine mix of advisory and contentious work. You'll support a diverse client base across both private and public sectors, working closely with senior practitioners on matters that are often sensitive, rapid-moving and high-impact.

About You
n
n
3–4 years' PAE in employment law
n
Comfortable with both front-end advice/document work and back-end litigation
n
Strong drafting and communication skills, and a practical,



outcomes-focused style
n
Able to juggle priorities, work autonomously when needed, and thrive in a team environment
n
