This 9-month role is for a Senior Business Analyst to support the finance stream of a major Digital Transformation Program. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business and technology by optimizing financial processes and ensuring system configurations align with both business needs and regulatory requirements.

This 9-month role is for a Senior Business Analyst to support the finance stream of a major Digital Transformation Program. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business and technology by optimizing financial processes and ensuring system configurations align with both business needs and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilitiesn
n
Requirements Management: Analyze, document, and validate business requirements related to student fees, billing, invoicing, and payment plans.
n
Process Mapping: Map current-state and future-state Accounts Receivable (AR) processes to identify gaps and efficiency opportunities.
n
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
n
System Configuration: Support the implementation partner through the configuration of Finance ERP modules based on documented requirements.
n
Testing & Validation: Plan and coordinate testing efforts, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure solutions address business needs.

Data Migration: Contribute to the strategy for migrating data from legacy systems to the new ERP platform.

Key Requirementsn
n
Domain Expertise: Demonstrated BA experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, invoicing, or financial operations.
n
Agile Prficiency: Solid knowledge of agile methodologies, including user stories, backlog management, and sprint planning.
n
Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong documentation skills throughout the project lifecycle.
n
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
n
Desirable Requirementsn
n
ERP Implementation: Highly desired experience with Oracle, SAP, or equivalent product suite-based ERP implementations.
n
Education Sector Knowledge: Prior experience within the education sector and familiarity with its specific financial functions.
n
Specialized Systems: Experience working with Student Management Systems (SMS) such as TechnologyOne, Callista, Banner, or Workday Student.
n
Project Lifecycle: Experience acting as a BA in a transformational program from its inception phase.
