The Role
n
They are seeking a Backend Software Engineer to join their agile development team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of backend best practices and a track record of delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
n
Architect, build, and maintain backend systems that enhance functionality and user experience
n
Implement automated testing to ensure platform stability and reliability
n
Collaborate with engineering peers to design, release, and support new features
n
Take ownership of services and code in production environments
n
Manage and optimise relational databases for performance and scalability
n
Ideal Experience
n




Minimum 3 years experience in backend software development
n
Robust proficiency with Node.js
n
Experience with NestJS
n
Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and backend development best practices
n
Experience working in Unix/Linux environments
n
