Key Responsibilities
n

Lead a diverse portfolio of complex clients including SMEs, private family groups and HNWIs
n
Drive business advisory consulting across structuring, strategy and tax planning
n
Oversee delivery of complex financial statements, tax returns and technical reviews
n
Mentor, coach and develop a high-performing team of accountants and emerging leaders
n
Manage workflow, budgets, and client expectations at a strategic level
n




Contribute to business development and build external networks
n
Collaborate with Partners on firmwide initiatives and practice growth
n
n
What We're Looking For

CA/CPA qualified with extensive public practice experience
n
Strong advisory background with proven ability to lead complex engagements
n
Commercial thinker with a track record of driving client growth
n
Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for developing others
n
Strategic, solution-focused and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
