n The Role
n As Finance Analyst, you'll support both the monthly reporting cycle and commercial decision-making processes across the organisation. Reporting to a Finance Manager and working closely with stakeholders across supply chain, operations, and commercial functions, you'll help ensure data-driven decisions are made across all levels of the business.
n Your key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Preparing monthly management reports and variance analysis
n
Supporting the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles
n
Partnering with key operational teams to analyse business drivers
n
Delivering financial models and what-if scenario analysis
n
Presenting insights and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders
n
Ensuring accurate financial controls, accruals, and reconciliations are maintained
n




Identifying opportunities for reporting and process improvements
n
What You Bring You're a motivated finance professional with a strong mix of analytical ability and commercial curiosity. You enjoy digging into the numbers, but also thrive in stakeholder conversations where you can translate data into impact. Ideal profile:n
n
3-5 years' experience in chartered (Big 4 or mid-tier) or a similar analytical finance role
n
CA qualified or near-completion
n
Ready to make your first move into industry
n
Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; ERP system experience (e.g. SAP) an advantage
n
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability
n
Comfortable managing deadlines, juggling competing priorities, and operating with agility
n
