At HAYLO People, we specialise in recruitment across General Insurance and Personal Injury. We are looking for both a Duck Creek Policy Tech Lead and a Duck Creek Claims Tech Lead with deep experience in general insurance and a strong track record of leading Duck Creek Policy & Claims implementations. In this role, you'll oversee a small team and P&C; product design & implementation using Duck Creek.

Responsibilities

n
Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Duck Creek Policy & Claims implementations and enhancements.
n
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand policy and claims related requirements.
n
Design and develop product models, rating algorithms, and business rules using Duck Creek Author and Manuscript.
n
Oversee configuration, integration, and deployment activities across environments.
n
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to architectural standards.
n
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
n




Coordinate with QA teams to validate Claims functionality and support UAT.
n
Stay updated on Duck Creek platform enhancements and recommend improvements.
n

Qualifications
n
n
Duck Creek Certified and experience.
n
Expertise in P&C; insurance Claims/policy lifecycle including quoting, issuance, endorsements, and renewals.
n
Experience with Duck Creek OnDemand (DCOD) and SaaS delivery models.
n
Proficiency in .NET, XML, XSLT, and web services/API integration.
n
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
n
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
n
