Job Description
A very reputable client side consultancy is seeking a capable and commercially minded Senior Project Manager to join their growing Sydney team. This organisation partners with leading corporate, institutional and private clients to deliver complex projects across a number of sectors including Eduation, industrial, retail and Aged Care.

You'll work closely with clients to manage projects from early strategy through to delivery, taking ownership of scope, design, procurement, governance and delivery responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Leading projects through planning, design, procurement and delivery
n
Managing consultants across architecture, engineering and planning
n
Establishing project scopes, budgets, programs and governance frameworks
n
Running procurement processes and preparing tender documentation
n
Administering contracts and acting as Superintendent
n
Driving design coordination and documentation reviews
n
Providing advisory input at early project stages, shaping strategy and risk
n
Preparing client reports, PCG packs and stakeholder updates
n

Qualifications
n




The ideal candidate will bring years of client‐side project management experience across similar sectors, with robust capability in design management, consultant coordination and early‐stage project advisory. They'll have a solid understanding of procurement and contract administration under AS forms, along with proven ability to manage budgets, programs and governance processes. Success in this role requires a confident communicator who can lead clients and stakeholders effectively, paired with a proactive, commercially aware mindset and strong problem‐solving skills. Candidates from client‐side consultancies, development groups, or builder‐side CA/PM professionals seeking to transition client‐side, are all encouraged to apply.
