About You

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Order Management Team Leader to lead a high-performing team responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
n
This role sits at the centre of our operations, acting as the key link between customers, internal teams, and the warehouse to ensure every order is delivered efficiently and accurately.
n
You'll be leading within a fast-paced, high-volume environment, where strong prioritisation, attention to detail, and clear communication are critical to success.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead, coach and develop a team of Order Management Specialists
n
Manage workload, training, performance, leave approvals and employee relations
n
Maintain a strong team culture focused on accountability, collaboration and customer service
n
Process and oversee orders via EDI, web portal and email, in line with vendor requirements
n
Ensure calls, emails and requests are actioned within agreed SLAs
n
Resolve issues efficiently, escalating where required
n
Drive continuous improvement across order management processes
n
Partner closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Warehouse) to deliver the best customer outcomes
n

Proven leadership experience in order management or a similar fast‐paced environment
n
Strong people management skills with a hands‐on, lead‐by‐example approach
n
Solid understanding of end‐to‐end order processing (ordering, receipting, invoicing, returns, payments)
n
Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and maintain accuracy
n
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
n
A customer‐focused mindset with high attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
n
