Job Description
An established and expanding property development and investment group is seeking a commercially-minded Corporate Finance Manager. This critical role provides high-level financial planning, detailed reporting, and analytical support to a growing portfolio of development projects, funding arrangements, and corporate transactions.

If you excel at property modelling, financial analysis, and corporate finance, this position offers direct exposure to executive leadership and complex, large-scale equity and debt transactions.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Financial Modelling & Forecasting: Maintain long-term Group forecasts, balance sheet positions, capital requirements, and 24-month/5-year cash flows.
n
Funding & Transaction Support: Assist in the execution of upcoming large-scale equity raises ($100m+), prepare Information Memorandums, and conduct debt funding analysis.
n
Analysis & Due Diligence: Perform sensitivity, scenario, and feasibility analysis for real estate deals, leasing opportunities,
and commercial debt/equity transactions.
n
Group Reporting & Budgeting: Co-ordinate corporate valuation models and produce comprehensive monthly board papers and project performance reports.

Key Requirements
n
n
Experience: 5+ years of experience in a corporate finance, transaction, or analyst role specifically within the property and/or construction industry.
n
Technical Skills: Advanced property and feasibility modelling skills with a deep understanding of debt and equity structures.
n
Qualifications: CA or CPA qualification is required.
n
Background: Prior Big Four
Transactions/Corporate
Finance experience is highly desirable.
n
Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, robust commercial acumen, and the communication skills required to negotiate and present to senior stakeholders.
