About The Role
n
We are currently seeking Speech Pathologists across multiple locations nationally to join our growing multidisciplinary team.
n
This role offers the opportunity to deliver evidence-based, person-centred Speech Pathology services supporting clients across home, school, clinic and community environments.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-informed intervention
n
Support clients across the lifespan with communication, language, social communication and mealtime goals
n
Develop functional,



goal-based therapy plans aligned with participant needs and funding pathways
n
Collaborate closely with families, carers, educators and multidisciplinary teams
n
Manage a varied caseload across community, clinic and/or telehealth settings
n
Participate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development opportunities
n

What You'll Bring

Degree in Speech Pathology
n
Current Speech Pathology Australia membership (or eligibility)
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community work
n
Strong communication, clinical reasoning and organisational skills
n
A collaborative and person-centred approach to therapy
