Informatech has been engaged to deliver a managed services contract providing development, testing, and support services for a suite of bespoke, health-sector information systems on behalf of a Federal Government Department.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Acting as the onsite operational lead for the Informatech development team
n
Coordinating BAU maintenance, L2/L3 support, defect remediation, and enhancement delivery
n
Leading backlog shaping, feature sizing, and requirements clarification
n
Providing technical direction across C#/.NET, integration, database, and DevOps activities
n
Supporting incident triage, root cause analysis, and known-error management
n
Facilitating sprint planning, work allocation, delivery tracking, and client demos
n




Ensuring development work is maintainable, supportable, secure, and testable
n
Working closely with the QA/Test Lead to align delivery with release assurance and quality gates
n

What you'll bring
n
n
Demonstrated experience leading or directing a development team (3+ direct reports or equivalent), including onsite/client-facing coordination
n
Solid experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub, including pipelines, repositories, and security tooling
n
Experience with incident triage, root cause analysis, and known-error/problem management in an operational support workplace
n
Comfort running agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, client demos, and tracking delivery against commitments
n
Experience operating in ISM-aligned, government, or regulated environments
n
Familiarity with Power Apps, Drupal/GovCMS, or mobile application development highly regarded
n
Excellent stakeholder communication skills, this role is client-facing and will interface directly with the department and Informatech's Delivery Lead

This role requires a current NV1 security clearance and Australian citizenship.
