As a Senior Manager within Finance Partnering and Insights, you will play a key leadership role, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while driving financial performance, strategy and decision making.

Your new role

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will lead a high performing team and partner closely with executive stakeholders to deliver high quality financial insights and commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting across a large and complex portfolio
n
Provide strategic financial advice that links performance outcomes to business strategy
n
Deliver insightful analysis to identify risks, opportunities and efficiency improvements
n
Drive engagement with divisional leaders to enhance financial performance and sustainability
n
Support business case development and investment decision making
n
Ensure robust financial governance,



reporting and compliance with relevant frameworks
n
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to influence decision making
n
Lead, coach and develop a team to deliver high quality financial outputs
n

What you'll need to succeed
n
n
Extensive experience in financial management within a large and complex setting
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability at executive level
n
Proven ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
n
Experience leading and developing finance teams
n
Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
n
CA, CPA or equivalent professional membership
n
