This role leads the engineering teams behind mission-critical infrastructure — from clean room HVAC and fire protection to power generation and process gases — ensuring everything runs seamlessly in a world-class manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do
n
n
Lead and develop high-performing facilities and equipment engineering teams.
n
Manage contractors and service providers to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
n
Oversee systems including fire protection, generators & UPS, chilled water,



HVAC, reverse osmosis, process gases, BMS & SCADA.
n
Drive optimisation: budget control, cost-saving strategies, and CAPEX project delivery.
n
Ensure uptime and reliability with advanced maintenance planning and CMMS management.
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Trade certification or tertiary qualification in
Mechanical/Electrical
Engineering (or related).
n
Proven expertise across HVAC, electrical systems, utilities, and plant operations in a complex manufacturing environment.
n
Strong leadership skills — able to inspire, coach, and empower teams.
n
Hands-on problem solver with a track record in process optimisation and risk management.
n
Excellent communicator, able to influence at all levels and translate complex technical issues into transparent solutions.
