Our Occupier Services business facilitates the real estate needs of large national and multinational occupiers. The Leasing Manager will deliver unrivaled leasing services to our client who has a national footprint.

Based in North Sydney, you will utilise your effective relationship management and leasing expertise to meet retail leasing requirements for our client.
n
Responsibilities
n

Deliver leasing services to clients as per client contract.
n
Successfully renew leases and reduce rental negotiations.
n
Maintain ongoing client relationship management.
n
Increase the average tenancy term across the portfolio.
n
Improve the security and utility of tenancy.
n
Achieve significant operational savings for our client by negotiating longer lease durations.
n

Qualifications
n
n
Strong background in retail leasing transactions including dealings with major landlords.
n
Ability to negotiate lease clauses.
n
Property management experience in retail, commercial, and industrial sectors.
n
Excellent communication and client relationship skills, particularly in liaising with major corporate clients.
n
