The Model

This is not a high-volume therapy service.

You will work within a
multidisciplinary,outcome
-focused model integrating:
n

Occupational Therapy
n
Speech Pathology
n
Employment and community programs
n
n

Your Role
n
You will:
n
n
Deliver assessments, formulation and intervention across diverse presentations
n
Work across Parramatta (current site), with options across Blacktown and Liverpool as services expand
n
Deliver services across clinic, community, and (where relevant) workplace settings
n
Support participants with disability, psychosocial and complex needs
n
Contribute to outcome-focused planning aligned to goals
n
Collaborate closely within a multidisciplinary team
n
Provide guidance to allied health assistants and junior staff
n
n

About You
n
n
AHPRA Registered or Clinical Psychologist
n
Robust capability in assessment, formulation and intervention
n
Able to work both independently and within a team
n
Interested in contributing to a developing, high-performing service
n
Functional assessment and report writing experience
n
Behaviour support experience or interest
n
Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
n
