Working across a broad range of business areas, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs, uncover insights and develop meaningful dashboards that support strategic and operational decision-making.

One of your first key projects will be supporting a large payroll reconciliation initiative, working closely with payroll and business stakeholders to analyse complex datasets, investigate discrepancies and deliver accurate, reliable reporting that supports business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Support a major payroll reconciliation project by analysing payroll and workforce data, identifying discrepancies and delivering meaningful reporting.
n
Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
n
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other Business Intelligence tools.
n
Analyse business data to identify trends, opportunities and performance insights.
n




Work closely with technical teams to ensure reliable and accessible data for the business.About You You'll bring a combination of strong analytical capability and excellent communication skills, with the confidence to work directly with stakeholders across the organisation.

Must have:

n
Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server, Power BI
n
Strong SQL development and data analysis skills.
n
n
Advantageous:
n
n
Salesforce and/or SAP Business One experience
n
Experience analysing payroll, finance or workforce data.
n
Advanced Excel skills, including working with complex datasets.
n
n
