What you'll do:
n
n
Act as a Level 2/3 escalation point within the IT team
n
Administer and upgrade infrastructure systems across cloud, on-prem, and virtual environments
n
Troubleshoot and resolve core IT issues in collaboration with vendors and staff
n
Support cyber security best practices with guidance from the Cyber Security Analyst
n
Mentor team members and contribute to a positive IT culture
n




Participate in infrastructure projects and innovation initiatives
n
n
What you'll bring:
n

Proven experience in a similar Systems Administrator or Infrastructure role
n
Robust technical skills in:
n
Microsoft 365
n
VMware, Azure, and hybrid infrastructure
n
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, ADCS
n
Networking
n
Storage and enterprise backup technologies
n
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n
Valid WA C Class driver's license
n
n
Bonus skills (not essential):
n
n
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (ASD Essential Eight, ISO *****)
n
Scripting and automation (Windows, Linux)
n
Certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Check Point)
