The role

As Head of Corporate Finance, you'll be the key strategic and operational partner to the CFO — a trusted leader with influence that reaches across the business.
n
You'll lead a highly capable finance team responsible for financial control, governance, and reporting, while also shaping the effectiveness of major business programs and transformation initiatives.
n
This is a role for a leader who thrives on challenge, connection, and continuous improvement — someone who can manage the detail while lifting the lens to see the bigger picture.

Key responsibilities
n

Lead the group's financial accounting, control, and reporting functions, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
n
Partner with the CFO and executive team to drive financial effectiveness across strategic programs and business transformation initiatives.
n
Strengthen governance frameworks and financial control systems to support scalability and performance.
n
Oversee month-end and year-end consolidation, audit readiness, and statutory compliance.
n
Collaborate with FP&A; and business leaders to improve forecasting, budgeting, and commercial decision-making.

Develop and coach a high-potential finance team — building capability, accountability, and engagement.

What you'll bring

A strong technical foundation (CA/CPA) paired with commercial and strategic agility.

Proven experience leading finance teams in complex, multi-brand or consumer environments.

The ability to influence, engage, and communicate effectively with executives, peers, and operational leaders.
