We're partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Learning Development Facilitator to join their team.
This is a highly hands-on role, combining training facilitation, workplace coaching and stakeholder engagement across a busy operational environment.
You'll work closely with Operations and the broader HR L D team to build capability, support new starters and deliver practical training that makes a genuine difference to the employee and customer experience.
The Role This is a varied L D position where you'll spend plenty of time away from your desk, working directly with frontline employees, leaders and operational teams.
You'll be responsible for: Delivering face-to-face training and onboarding for new operations employees.
Facilitating training across systems, processes, procedures, customer experience and sales.
Providing ongoing workplace coaching and one-on-one development support.
Working closely with Operations Managers and leaders to identify training needs.
Developing coaching and action plans and monitoring learner progress.
Conducting on-the-job coaching and assessments across operational locations.
Supporting the development, review and improvement of training materials and learning programs.
Evaluating training effectiveness and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Supporting online learning content and the ongoing development of the organisation's LMS.
Coordinating training activities, attendance records and learning systems.
Building strong relationships with Operations, HR and L D stakeholders.
Supporting the implementation of learning and development initiatives across the business.
Travelling regularly across Victoria, with occasional interstate travel to Tasmania.
About You We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and being out in the business , rather than sitting behind a desk.
You will ideally have: Previous experience in L D,
workplace training, coaching or a similar role.
Strong experience delivering face-to-face training and coaching employees.
Confidence working with both frontline employees and leaders.
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
A practical and engaging approach to learning and development.
The ability to influence and encourage employees to adopt new processes and ways of working.
Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage your own training schedule.
A proactive approach and the confidence to work autonomously.
The ability to manage challenging or diverse learner groups.
A genuine customer-focused mindset.
A valid Australian driver's licence and the flexibility to travel regularly.
A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment would be highly regarded, as would experience in an operational, customer-facing environment.
Experience with Greenway, 360Learning or similar systems would also be advantageous, although not essential.
