Job Description
The Network are seeking an AGSVA NV1 cleared Verification & Validation (V&V;) Engineer working with a leading defence organisation.

n Mawson Lakes location
n
As a V&V; Engineer, you will deliver software engineering services across requirements, integration, verification and validation activities. You will conduct testing and integration, develop verification documentation, manage traceability, and support system certification through high-quality evidence and reporting. You will work across complex software and hardware environments, supporting reviews, defect resolution, and engineering change processes.

Who are we looking for:
n
n
NV1 Security Clearance
n
Minimum 4+ years' experience in Verification & Validation or related software engineering roles
n




Hands-on experience with requirements decomposition and end-to-end traceability (requirements → test → results → defects/evidence)
n

Solid experience with:
n
n
Integration, Verification & Validation of complex software systems and/or military hardware
n
Tools such as DOORS, Cameo, Jira, and Confluence
n
Writing V&V; procedures, test reports, and formal deliverables
n
Capturing high-quality verification evidence for system acceptance
n
Configuration reviews and requirements traceability management
n
Managing defect workflows, including RPRs and Engineering Change Proposals
n

Desirable:
n
n
Software development or automated testing experience
n
