* Working in the DFAT mail room, including recording and sorting mail into pigeon holes,



processing RTS shipments for mail redirects * Processing inbound and outbound freight according to DHL and regulatory standards ensuring it meets cut off deadlines * Training in the use of equipment, such as forklifts (license required) and handheld scanners, to get the job done in a secure and efficient manner * Helping with additional tasks as required for example, resolving and responding to email queries, reception duties * We have 2x full-time permanent positions available, working from Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm WHAT CAN YOU BRING?
