Responsibilities

Major telecommunications disputes
n
Intellectual Property disputes
n
Long term relationships with your clients
n
Ownership of client strategy, including drafting pleadings and meeting with clients
n
Work includes copyright and trade mark infringement, counterfeit goods, customs seizures, execution of Anton Piller orders
n
Telecommunications disputes including anti-competitive conduct cases; test cases on commission payments and payment systems; cross-border defamation
n
Household name clients; ground-breaking, precedent cases and regular High Court work; hybrid work
n
n
Skills & experience
n
Will be a 2-3 year commercial litigator who would like to focus on meeting with your clients,



drafting pleadings and discussing strategy (where your views will be heard).
n
Will see you report to three (3) partners.
n
The intellectual property dispute work includes copyright and trade mark infringement, counterfeit goods, customs seizures, execution of Anton Piller orders. The telecommunications disputes work includes Anti-competitive conduct cases; test cases on commission payments and payment systems. Finally, the other work includes cross border defamation.

Household name clients; ground-breaking, precedent cases and regular High Court work; hybrid work.
