Our Client As an established brokerage, our client has a strong focus on client service and technical know-how.
They are seeking to appoint a Claims Advocate to deal empathetically and efficiently with a portfolio of property claims.
The Role Duties: Maintaining best practice claims handling performance both in terms of optimal claims outcomes and customer service.
Creating Service Differentiation and market leading service delivery.
Managing a portfolio of property claims.
Your experience: Demonstrated experience managing property damage claims from lodgement to finalisation.
Understanding and relationship building with partners and other stakeholders.
Liaising with Insurers Builders, Engineers, Assessors, Brokers, Strata Managers, and various internal stakeholders, to achieve the agreed KPIs and service standards.




Ability in the interpretation and application of policy wordings Experience with claim negotiations, complaint resolution and interpersonal flexibility is a necessity.
Experience in reporting and metrics to ensure service delivery Experience and confidence with process and procedural documentation, review, and revising as required.
Highly effective communicator (written, verbal, presentation, training).
