It is anticipated that interviews for this role will be held on Wednesday 9th September **** About the role We are looking to recruit an Unaccredited Registrar to join our Radiation Oncology Team.
Calvary Mater Newcastle's Department of Radiation Oncology is NSW's largest regional specialist radiation therapy centre, providing comprehensive cancer care to our patients.
Your main duties will include: Provide medical support for radiotherapy patients Liaise with treatment and planning areas to ensure appropriate, expeditious inpatient and outpatient booking and treatment Participate in clinical duties as arranged by the Director of Radiation Oncology For more information on the Department go to Mater Newcastle | Cancer services | Calvary Health Care About you Relevant primary undergraduate degree and current registration with the Medical Board of Australia At least 2 years postgraduate Australian hospital experience Commitment to entering the RANZCR (Radiation Oncology) training program Able to make sound clinical decisions in accordance with level of experience and awareness of limitations Demonstrated ability to work as part of multi-disciplinary team For further information please contact Dr Sanjiv Gupta,
