Due to continuous growth expansion they are looking to add an Export Operations Specialist to the team based in Brisbane.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will work in a team with a strong focus on supporting key accounts, and process compliance excellence.
This role will progress to a Supervisor position.
The Role Your main responsibilities will include: QLD Export Operations (FCL/LCL, AIR, with eventual cross-training in other departments), coordinating end-to-end solutions for Key Customers (including bookings, documentation, cartage, customs reporting, job invoicing).
Liaising with Customers, Carriers, Service Providers, and Overseas Partners.
Ensuring ongoing Customer satisfaction through effective and efficient responses to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns.
Establishing and maintaining a strong rapport with customers and service providers.




Monitoring key operational activities to ensure productive completion of import duties.
Identifying and implementing changes to support continual improvement, business growth and the development of best practice SOP.
Your Experience Minimum 2-3 years experience in freight forwarding export operations Relationship-building skills and strong communication abilities Exceptional attention to detail, along with analytical and problem-solving capabilities Prior experience using CargoWise (CW1) is highly regarded If you are interested please apply immediately.
