Previous experience in a Management/Supervisory role, preferably in hospitality The ability to help drive the team and deliver excellent customer service A solid knowledge of food and beverage operations Exceptional communication and presentation The ability to take on a range of responsibilities to keep the business moving at a competitive pace A flexible working schedule – meaning, you can work a versatile roster consisting of late-mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends + and occasional public holidays.
