The Prospect
n
Reporting into the Commercial Finance team, you'll work closely with Operations to provide meaningful financial insights that support better business decisions.
n
This is a highly visible role where you'll spend time partnering with site leaders, understanding manufacturing performance and identifying opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
n
You'll be responsible for everything from forecasting and operational reporting through to product costing, variance analysis and capital investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Operations to improve manufacturing performance
n
Lead forecasting, budgeting and operational reporting
n
Own product costing and manufacturing variance analysis
n
Support new product launches and capital investment decisions
n
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability
n
Deliver commercial insights that support operational decision‐making
n
n
About You
n
n
Experience within FMCG or manufacturing is essential
n
CA or CPA Qualified
n
Strong understanding of product costing and manufacturing finance
n
Proven ability to build relationships across Operations
n
Commercially minded with strong analytical capability
n
Someone who enjoys asking questions, challenging the status quo and adding value
n
