Executive Assistant We're partnering with a highly regarded Chartered Accounting firm in Sydney CBD to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to a Director in a fast-paced, professional environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EA who enjoys working at a senior level, thrives on taking ownership, and wants to become a trusted right hand to a busy Director.
You'll play a key role in keeping priorities on track, supporting client relationships and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Director's portfolio.

About the Role: As the Executive Assistant to the Director, you'll provide high-level administrative and operational support while acting as a key liaison for both clients and internal stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include: Proactively managing the Director's inbox and light diary coordination, including drafting correspondence, prioritising communications and scheduling meetings.
Maintaining and managing priority task lists to ensure key deadlines and actions are progressed efficiently.
Working closely with the Practice Manager and administration team to coordinate workflows and improve internal processes.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for enquiries and follow-up communication.
Preparing timesheets using emails, call logs and supporting documentation, with an understanding of tax and compliance workflows.
Liaising with internal teams to ensure client work is completed accurately and efficiently.
Coordinating lodgement programs, monitoring deadlines and supporting compliance requirements.
Assisting with project coordination and ensuring the Director's workload remains organised and on schedule.
About You To be successful, you'll bring: Previous Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience within a Chartered Accounting firm Strong organisational and time management skills The ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and senior stakeholders A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to work autonomously High attention to detail, professionalism and discretion Interested?
