Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network Southern Fleurieu Health Service Salary: ASO2 $***** - $***** per hour + 25% casual loading Casual role working over a 5-day roster up to 3 January **** WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
This role offers the opportunity to be an integral part of the Barossa Hills Fleurieu LHN administrative team, providing high-quality support across multiple sites.
You'll gain hands-on experience in a diverse range of administrative and clerical tasks, including reception, admissions, medical records management, and data entry.
You'll also have the opportunity to develop your professional skills, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
By supporting staff, patients, and visitors, you'll make a direct impact on the efficiency and quality of health services in the region, while working in a collaborative and supportive team setting.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
Deliver courteous and efficient reception and customer service, responding to phone and in-person enquiries professionally.
Support health service operations through admissions, medical records management, and word processing/data entry tasks.
Maintain accurate patient/client records and ensure data integrity through reports, record-keeping, and filing systems.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and teamwork, assisting with Level 2 administrative duties where trained.
