Your recent role

Partner directly with operational leaders and department heads
n
Play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
n
Manage and support government-funded programs and reporting
n
Influence decision-making through meaningful financial analysis
n
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Deliver monthly management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
n
Support the management and reporting of Government funding
n
Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide commercial advice to leaders
n
Assist with project accounting, tenders, business cases, and new initiatives
n
Present financial insights and help drive informed business decisions
n
Support continuous improvement and champion best-practice financial processes
n
n
What you'll need to succeed
n
n
CPA or CA qualified (or nearing completion)
n
3+ years' experience in management accounting, business partnering, or a similar finance role
n
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experience
n
Experience working with government funding and grants is highly regarded.
n
Advanced Excel skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels
n
Solutions-focused with a proactive and commercially minded approach
n
