We're growing. Our Urban Development team has secured a strong pipeline of subdivision projects across the greater Ipswich region, and we're looking for a Site Engineer who wants more than just a support role.

What You'll Be Doing
n
You won't be stuck behind a desk.



You'll work closely with the Project Manager and Supervisors to:
n
n
Coordinate daily site activities and subcontractors
n
Manage QA, ITPs and compliance documentation
n
Track costs, variations and progress claims
n
Provide short-term programming input
n
Ensure safety standards are upheld
n
Solve problems as they arise on active civil sites
n
This is a hands‐on role on active subdivision projects — roads, drainage, services, earthworks.

What We're Looking For
n
n
Hold a Bachelor of Civil Engineering
n
Have subdivision or bulk earthworks experience
n
Understand QA and cost tracking processes
n
Can build strong relationships with supervisors and subcontractors
n
Take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
n
If you're currently a Project Engineer ready to step into more autonomy — we'd also like to talk.
