Platinum Pacific Partners is pleased to be exclusively partnering with a purpose-led investment firm to appoint a Global Equities Portfolio Manager. Based in Melbourne, this organisation is known for its strong ethical foundation, long-term investment approach, and commitment to delivering superior outcomes for clients without compromising on values. With a respected track record in responsible investing, the firm is looking to build on its success by appointing a senior investment professional to lead its global equities capability.

This role will have full portfolio management responsibility for a concentrated global equities strategy. The successful candidate will lead the investment process end-to-end, from fundamental company research and idea generation through to portfolio construction, risk oversight, and performance monitoring. The strategy is designed to reflect responsible investment views and aligns with a clearly defined ethical mandate. You will be expected to bring a rigorous, bottom-up research approach, a disciplined mindset around valuation and risk, and a passion for investing in quality global businesses over the long term.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in global equities,



with a demonstrable track-record of generating alpha. Those profiles of interest are those in either a Senior Analyst / Assistant Portfolio Manager position seeking the opportunity to step up to lead the strategy or a Portfolio Manager who is looking to build a new strategy. Common to all will be an interest or ethical alignment with responsible investment. You will bring deep curiosity, a structured investment process, and a long-term investment philosophy.

Alignment with values-based investing is essential, as is the ability to communicate investment ideas and decisions with clarity and conviction. This represents a rare prospect to lead a differentiated global equities capability within an investment firm that places integrity, transparency and purpose at the centre of its investment philosophy.
