ISS is seeking a reliable Maintenance Officer / Handyman to support day‐to‐day operations at Blayney .

What You'll Be Doing You'll help keep the site safe, functional and running smoothly through: General repairs preventative maintenance across fixtures, fittings, building services and equipment Waste management and internal/external clean-ups Contractor engagement supervision , ensuring compliance with SWMS, permits and site safety 2IC duties including toolbox talks, safety walks, stock takes, equipment audits and supporting the cleaning team Responding to client requests ,



logging work orders and maintaining accurate documentation Identifying faults , reporting issues and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and safety ?️ What You Bring Experience in maintenance, grounds maintenance or handyman work Ability to work unsupervised , prioritise tasks and meet short deadlines Strong commitment to safe work practices , hazard identification, JSA/SWMS Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships Confidence in identifying maintenance needs and sourcing materials Current Class C Driver's Licence Bonus skills: Trade qualification, forklift licence, WHS certification, manual handling ?
