We are partnering with a growing food production business based in Western Sydney to appoint an experienced Supply Planning Manager to support ongoing operational growth and supply chain optimisation initiatives.
n
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing supply planning across production, inventory, procurement, and demand alignment, ensuring service levels are maintained while driving operational efficiency across the wider business.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead end-to-end supply planning activities across manufacturing and distribution
n
Develop and manage production and inventory plans aligned to forecast demand
n
Partner closely with Operations, Procurement, Warehousing, and Sales teams to balance supply requirements and production capacity
n
Monitor stock levels, raw materials, and finished goods availability to minimise supply risk
n
Manage supplier coordination and production scheduling to optimise output and reduce disruption
n




Identify and implement process improvements across planning and S&OP; activities
n
Analyse planning data and reporting to support operational and commercial decision-making
n
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning systems and supply chain performance
n
n
About You
n
n
Previous experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, or Demand Planning within FMCG or food manufacturing
n
Strong understanding of manufacturing, inventory, and supply chain operations
n
Experience working within fast-paced production environments
n
Robust stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
n
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability
n
ERP systems experience is essential
n
Comfortable operating in both strategic and hands-on environments
n
