As a Rehabilitation Consultant within the New Employment Services team, you'll help people facing health challenges find new employment opportunities and support them in returning to meaningful sustainable work to live the best life they can!
Some of your day to day includes: Conduct vocational assessments and develop tailored return-to-work plans.
Provide vocational counselling, coaching, and job-seeking support.
Source employment opportunities and connect clients with suitable employers.
Build strong relationships with employers, healthcare providers, and stakeholders.
Support injured workers to overcome barriers and achieve sustainable employment outcomes.
Prepare case notes, progress updates, and rehabilitation reports.
Qualifications Full ASORC/AHPRA/AASW Registration/Membership with Tertiary Qualifications in Allied Health or eligibility to obtain Experience in Occupational and/ or Vocational Rehabilitation is highly desirable Strong resume writing skills with an understanding of local labour market; A passion for assisting people to gain employment and enhance their careers; The ability to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers; Current driver licence and motor vehicle.
