The Role
n
As a Services Manager, your primary objectives will be to lead and oversee the project, ensuring the effective delivery of quality services to clients and internal stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in managing the project, optimising processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your focus will be on providing strategic guidance to support the overall services objectives of the project.

Review and interpret contract services drawings and specifications to ensure a full understanding of the project requirements.
n
Review Tender Proposals for services trades to identify any further potential in relation to material, equipment, resources, cost and time.
n
Liaise with the CA and PM for contract administration procedures to manage claims, securities, variations and other contractual matters relating to services consultants.
n
Identify key services design and delivery issues and risks and prepare mitigation and resolution strategies.
n




Investigate services design alternatives and cost saving options which achieve key project objectives.
n
Monitor the services Design Program in conjunction with the Consultants and [Senior] Project Managers and in accordance with the Procurement and Construction programs.
n
Manage the services inputs and outputs against programme through design meetings.
n
Manage buildability with RCC Project teams.
n
Resolve and manage detailed services design with a keen eye for opportunity to improve project outcomes.
n
Coordinate the services design documents to ensure the designed product meets the needs of the Principal and within RCC budget and program.
n
Manage the services design documents so that they comply with specified requirements.
n
Assist the Project Manager in negotiating Subcontractor packages to ensure full coverage against the Scope of Works required.
n
Prior to distribution, review Subcontractor Agreements to ensure that special conditions.
n
Plan and manage commissioning and Handover as require with the Test & commissioning team.
n

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a senior-level services management role on large projects.
n
Demonstrated success in leading and managing services teams.
n
Expertise in developing and implementing service delivery strategies and best practices.
n
Familiarity with construction industry-specific service requirements and standards.
n
Experience with client relationship management and satisfaction initiatives.
n
Ability to provide strategic guidance on services-related decisions.
n
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
n
