About the Role As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the store, leading a passionate team and driving performance across sales, customer experience and store standards.
You will be responsible for setting the pace on the floor, coaching your team and ensuring the store consistently achieves its commercial goals.
You will bring a strong understanding of high-volume retail and be confident managing a busy store where no two days are the same.
From analysing KPIs and driving sales to managing stock, visual merchandising and team performance, you will play a key role in the overall success of the store.
