Fixed Operations Manager – Regional NSW Senior Leadership Opportunity | Relocation Assistance Available An established, family-owned dealership in regional NSW is seeking an experienced Fixed Operations Manager to lead its Service, Warranty, Insurance Repair and Parts operations.
This is an opportunity for an accomplished automotive Fixed Operations, Service or Aftersales leader to step into a genuine management position with broad operational responsibility.
You'll join a progressive business that has adopted automotive dealership structures, systems and performance standards while operating in a growing specialist industry.
With capable supervisors managing day-to-day workflow, the successful candidate will focus on what a senior manager should be doing: leading people, improving performance, driving efficiencies and holding departments accountable.
The Role Reporting to the business owner/director, you will oversee multiple fixed operations functions, including: Service and warranty Insurance repairs Parts operations Workshop performance and efficiency Departmental profitability and productivity Team leadership, development and accountability Operational processes and continuous improvement Performance management and KPI achievement Supporting existing supervisors to become stronger operational leaders This is not a hands-on productive workshop position .
Your role is to manage the operation, develop the people within it and ensure each department performs effectively.
About You We are particularly interested in candidates from an automotive dealership environment who understand the pace, structure and commercial expectations of a high-performing fixed operations department.
You may currently be a: Fixed Operations Manager Aftersales Manager Senior Service Manager Dealer Service Manager Workshop/Operations Manager ready for broader responsibility You will ideally bring:



Strong automotive dealership or comparable workshop management experience Demonstrated ability to improve workshop efficiency and productivity Proven people leadership and performance management skills Commercial understanding of service, parts and aftersales operations Confidence managing multiple departments and senior team members Robust accountability and KPI management Experience with automotive DMS platforms; Titan, Pentana or similar experience will be highly regarded A proactive approach to process improvement and change Why Consider This Opportunity?
