19th August, **** FIFO Administrator Location : Mount Magnet, WA Roster : 9 days on, 5 days off Hours : 7:00am - 5:30pm Rate : $50 per hour + meal allowance Employment : Temp-to-permanent Start Date : ASAP Accommodation : Individual, well-maintained accommodation located close to the workshop Pearl Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join a well-established mine maintenance and fabrication company based in Mount Magnet.
This is a varied, hands-on position supporting the workshop team of approximately 25 employees.
The role covers payroll, accounts, mobilisation, HR administration and general office support.
About the Role Your responsibilities will include: Processing payroll and employee timesheets General data entry and maintaining accurate records Preparing and processing invoices Accounts payable and accounts receivable duties Coordinating site entry requirements and employee mobilisations Assisting with onboarding and general HR administration Maintaining employee and compliance documentation Supporting the day-to-day running of the office Providing general administrative assistance to the workshop team and management About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Previous experience in a broad administration, payroll or accounts position Confidence working across payroll, invoicing and general accounts duties Strong data entry skills and attention to detail Excellent organisation and time-management skills The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner Experience within mining, maintenance, engineering or a workshop environment would be advantageous Previous experience using Xero and/or Ostendo would be highly regarded The ability to commit to a 9/5 FIFO roster This is a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator looking for a wide-ranging role, consistent roster and the potential to secure a permanent position with an established mechanical maintenance company.
