What you'll do: The expectation isn't that you simply prepare the numbers and move on.

analyse them and look at how the finance function can work better.
You'll manage two direct reports and play a key role across the financial accounting function.
Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the month-end close, including GL and balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and journals Preparing and analysing monthly P it doesn't need to be a big team.
1-2 people is ideal.
