The Role
n
As our new Application Administrator, you'll play a key role in the smooth operation, upgrade, and support of business-critical applications—particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure, and Finance & Operations (F&O;) systems. You'll be the go-to expert for incident resolution, application health, integrations, and data integrity, working closely with a range of internal teams and external vendors.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Be first point of contact for BAU incidents, problems, and service requests.
n
Manage application upgrades, patches, and annual renewals.
n
Support CRM data integrity, marketing lists and integrations.
n
Configure and administer user accounts and access.
n
Liaise with vendors for troubleshooting and resolution.
n
Prepare applications for major VRC events (e.g. Melbourne Cup Carnival).
n
Create ad hoc reports and analytics.
n
Provide occasional after-hours support during key events.
n

What You'll Bring
n
n
Minimum 3 years' experience in supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Azure.
n
Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Power Platform).
n




Sound knowledge of Microsoft technologies including SQL, Power BI, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps.
n
Experience with integrations, data reconciliation and monitoring tools.
n
Great problem-solving and communication skills.
n
Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
n
Experience with event-based or retail operations will be looked upon favourably.
