Role: PCC Developer
n
Location: Melbourne
n
Duration: 12 months FTC

Job Summary:
n
We are seeking a seasoned PCC Developer to join a dynamic team working on upgradation and enhancement projects for a leading banking client. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Power Curve Suite, strong coding skills, and a proven track record in enterprise application development and deployment.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code to support system upgrades.
n
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and evaluate user feedback for continuous improvement.
n
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality banking solutions.
n
Provide comprehensive code documentation and contribute to technical documentation.
n
Investigate and present alternative technologies and solutions for architectural review.
n
Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and reliability.
n
Support CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment cycles.
n
Handle multiple policy versions and adapt to short development timelines.
n
n
Required Skills & Qualifications:
n
n
Bachelor's or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
n
Minimum 9 years of experience in software engineering or development roles.
n
Strong hands-on experience with Power Curve Suite.
n
Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, Git, and version control systems.
n
Experience in full-cycle project development and deployment.
n
Familiarity with enterprise systems, CI/CD practices, and agile methodologies.
n
Ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment with quick debugging and deployment cycles.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Banking or financial services domain experience is a plus.
