Responsibilities

Lead and manage Production and Warehouse teams, providing direction, support, and development.
n
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and implement quality, safety, health, and environmental systems.
n
Oversee safe and productive operation of plant and equipment, including hazard analyses and preventive maintenance programmes.
n
Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands whilst managing costs and resources efficiently.
n
Monitor productivity, investigate downtime issues, and collaborate with staff to identify and implement process improvements.
n
Coordinate logistics for product deliveries and manage purchase orders for projects and maintenance work.
n
Assess and maintain a register of approved contractors; supervise on‐site contractors to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
n




Support the QC Laboratory to ensure compliance with product and environmental standards.
n
Maintain comprehensive records related to plant maintenance, repairs, and modifications.
n
Promote waste minimisation, efficient use of raw materials (FIFO), and maintain high housekeeping standards across the site.
n
Conduct Toolbox meetings and routine staff communications; participate in internal audits and risk assessments.
n
Ensure timely processing of administrative documentation and support site security measures.
n
Report on operational performance, including safety, environmental metrics, and KPIs.
n
Perform other duties as directed by the Operations Manager.
