Our commercial litigation team is well known in the market as one of Brisbane's premier commercial litigation practices. Our lawyers work Australia-wide and are among the best in their field. About you
n
Your experience and capabilities will include:
n
n
3–5 years' PAE at a top-tier, national or boutique commercial litigation practice
n
Strong technical credentials and ability
n




Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to write complex and technical advice
n
Outstanding litigation and dispute resolution experience in areas relevant to our team's broad practice, including general commercial litigation, property disputes, insolvency, building and construction litigation, and regulatory matters
n
Ability to manage a varied case list involving multiple areas of law
n
Ability to quickly assimilate new information and problem-solve complex legal issues
n
Sound judgment and commercial acumen
n
Solid work ethic and commitment to outstanding client service
n
Proactive, innovative and energetic approach
n
Ability to work well as part of a close-knit team
