Overview

This fast growing, PE backed tech aggregator are on the lookout for a Financial Controller to join the business on an initial 6 month contract. Reporting into the CFO, this role will be pivotal in building a best in class finance capability that supports an ambitious growth agenda.

Responsibilities
n
n
Lead financial operations, reporting, treasury, and compliance
n
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
n
Oversee financial systems, controls, and risk management
n
Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making
n
Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team
n
Partner with senior leadership, shareholders, and external stakeholders
n
n
About You / Qualifications
n
n




CA/CPA qualified (Big 4 background highly regarded)
n
Proven senior finance leadership in a growth or PE-backed setting
n
Strong technical accounting and reporting skills
n
Experience scaling finance systems and processes
n
Track record of driving change and building high-performing teams
n
Sharp business judgment and ability to act as a trusted advisor to C-suite
n
