Key Responsibilities

Provide clear, values-led leadership to build and develop a high-performing team
n
Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and brand standards
n
Drive financial performance across labour, COGs, and P&L; outcomes
n
Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination
n
Ensure health, safety, and food compliance standards are consistently met
n
Recruit, train, and coach team members to achieve operational and service excellence
n
Foster a positive, accountable,



and performance-focused team culture.

About You
n

Proven leadership experience in retail, QSR, or hospitality management
n
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs and financial targets
n
Confident in building teams and developing emerging leaders
n
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and problem-solve effectively
n
Hands-on and adaptable, with a proactive leadership style
n
